WELLNESS CLASSES

The hub of the Wellness Program continues to be its fitness classes. Expert instructors help you develop a personalized exercise program  based on your objectives and needs. Some classes are self-paced, allowing you to attend, exercise under the supervision of an instructor, and leave, on your own schedule. Other classes are instructor-paced. Examples of past classes include: Body Shaping, yoga/stretching, low-impact aerobics, step aerobics, aerobic walking and injury prevention. Current class offerings include: Daily Lap Swimming, Step Training every Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and Strength Training every Tuesday and Thursday.

Be on the lookout for informational flyers just before the start of each semester.
