Staff and Management Development Committee
Description: Considers the needs of and
opportunities for classified bargaining unit staff, confidential,
supervisors and managerial employees for professional development.
Recommends and plans programs and workshops.
Composition: Classified bargaining unit
staff appointed by CCCUE in consultation with the
Superintendent/President (3); manager/ confidential/supervisor
representatives appointed by the Management Senate in consultation
with the Superintendent/President (3); executive group
representatives appointed by the Superintendent/ President (1);
Executive Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations. The
Executive Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations will serve
as the liaison to the Cabinet.
