OCR Visited Cuesta College in May, 2010
The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) visited Cuesta College during the first week of May to investigate a complaint filed against the school regarding Title IX compliance.
The OCR investigates all complaints of alleged discrimination at institutions over which it has jurisdiction. Representatives will be on campus to determine the validity of the complaint by conducting interviews with college faculty, staff, advisors, student athletes and members of the public.
Cuesta College is waiting to hear from OCR regarding their findings.
