Another tracking poll shows continued strong support for a bond measure, even if the bond was increased from the original figure of $190,000,000 to a maximum amount of $300,000,000. The seven-minute telephone tracking poll, conducted between November 21 and 30, showed that more than 70-percent of the respondents are strongly or somewhat in favor of a bond measure for Cuesta at the maximum assessed level of $300,000,000. The sample was representative of San Luis Obispo County demographics and voting patterns, with a final sample size of 541. The cost of the poll was $13,500, paid from the funds raised for facilities bond measures in 2004.
