There are four important dates related to unit and cluster planning in 2004:

• January 8: The unit and cluster planning templates, along with the goals adopted by the Board, will be released.

• January 27: A shared governance workshop will be hosted by the Planning and Budget Committee, and will include the Shared Governance Council. This workshop will be a question/answer session on the unit planning process for budget development for 2004/2005.

• February 27: Units plans are due to the cluster managers.

• March 26: Cluster plans are due to the respective Vice President or to the Superintendent/President.
