A Winter Festival - Music of Celebration On Sunday, December 14
The Cuesta Wind Orchestra would like to invite all faculty and staff to join them on Sunday, December 14, at 3 p.m. in the Student Conference Center
in a celebration of the music of winter. Under the leadership of their new conductor, Keith Snell, the orchestra will unwrap a collection of musical gifts, each of which has been carefully selected to make this celebration of winter music a joyful and memorable experience for the entire family.
The Cuesta Wind Orchestra has spared no expense in searching the market places of the world to obtain an exciting collection of works, hand-crafted by some of the finest artisans in Germany, Austria, Israel and the United States. We have obtained a particularly spectacular jeweled creation by the renown Russian composer, Mikhail Glinka, which will be opened under the direction of our special Guest Conductor, Rudolfas Budginas, the internationally acclaimed piano soloist, conductor and lecturer at Cuesta College.
Tickets will be available at the door. Ticket prices are $10 for adults, and $8 for students and seniors. Contact Performing Arts at ext. 3195 for more information.
