The Business Education Division, Computer Applications/Office Administration Department (CAOA) can help you earn recognition for your computer skills. The department is offering a way to prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification test, with a two-day, half-unit class, CAOA 56, offered between 8:30 a.m. and 1 p.m., Fridays, December 2 and 9 at the San Luis Obispo Campus, Room 4111. Those who are interested in taking the Microsoft certification test in any of the Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, or Access) can take this class to prepare for the test using Microsoft Office Specialist test simulation software. How you will do on the simulation software is a good indicator of how you’ll do on the real test. The cost is $70 for each certification test for staff and students and $90 each for community members. The certification tests are offered on the San Luis Obispo Campus. You can call 546-3251 for reservations. For more information about the CAOA 56 Test Prep class, contact Diane Lichty at ext. 2726. |
