Project Oz is the new Administrative software system Cuesta College will be implementing. This software system runs HR, Fiscal, Payroll, Purchasing, Curriculum, Schedule, Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, Counseling, and a module called Institutional Advancement that will integrate the Foundation functions.

January/February 2007

  • MyCuesta Go Live for all employees

June 2007

  • Finance module Go Live June 30, 2007 Institutional Advancement module Go Live June 30, 2007

Summer 2007

  • MyCuesta Go Live for all students (soft release)

Fall 2007

  • MyCuesta Go Live for all students (marketing release)

December 2007

  • HR/Payroll module Go Live December 31, 2007

January – April 2008

  • Financial Aid module Go Live with dataload/packaging for 08-09 awards
  • Student module Go Live April 2008 for Summer 2008 registration

August 2008

  • Financial Aid module Go Live August 2008 with disbursements
