"Your Change Will Do Us Good"
The Cuesta College Annual Fund Campaign

The Cuesta College Annual Fund Campaign kicks off with chocolate coins for everyone and a message to the faculty and staff, "your change will do us good." Cuesta College will enjoy the challenge and opportunity of change this year, replacing retirees and hiring new faculty. Consider too, the change in your pocket and how it might help students or to purchase equipment for our classrooms.

This year the annual fund is paying the costs of Dr. Nick Strimple, opening day speaker, supporting much of the cost for the faculty retreat, buying printers, fax machines, data projectors across campus, repairing the greenhouse and the telescope, helping the tutoring center and ESL programs, and funding Bridge to Success, supporting the photo lab, journalism program, performing arts and programs at the North County Campus. These are a few examples of how the annual fund helps Cuesta College. The College is privileged to have the support of scores of faculty and staff. Will you not join them?

Including gifts from faculty and staff, the Foundation raised $1.5 million in 2003-04 for Cuesta College, the 4th largest fundraising total in California Community Colleges. With your help, this year we will be number one, and better able to help our students, equipment purchases and capital needs.
