Master Calendar is Now Online

The Cuesta College Master Calendar is now online. This calendar lists public events on campus along with internal functions such as committee meetings, Shared Governance Council, Cabinet, etc. This calendar is for employees only. It can not be accessed by the public. 

If you wish to make a change to the master calendar, please contact the administrative assistant of your respective Vice President or contact the President's Office. Only a limited number of employees have the ability to make changes to the calendar. 

To view the calendar, follow these steps:

1.  Launch Outlook.

2.  Verify the Folder List is active.

• If using Outlook 2000, select View > Folder List from the menu bar.

• If using Outlook 2003, select Go > Folder List from the menu bar.

3.  In the Folders List, select Cuesta Master Calendar, located under Public Folders > All Public Folders > Cuesta College.
The Cuesta Master Calendar will appear.
