Mark your calendars music lovers. All of Cuesta College’s award-winning vocal ensembles will perform an exciting mix of classical, jazz, gospel, and multicultural folk music in one evening, at "A Spring Festival of Choirs." The concert is scheduled to kick off at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 4. The performance is under the direction of Cuesta music instructors John Knutson and Rudolfas Budginas, and plays at the Cuesta College San Luis Obispo Campus Conference Center.

The Festival of Choirs will feature all four of the student vocal ensembles at Cuesta College: Vocé, Encore!, the Chamber Singers and the Concert Choir. Vocé and Encore have just returned from their tour to the Columbia Jazz Festival, and will give the premier performance of Director John Knutson’s arrangement of "But Not For Me."

Tickets for the "Spring Festival of Choirs" are $10 for adults, $8 for students, seniors and children under 12. For more information, contact Cuesta College Performing Arts at ext. 3195.
