Using Cuesta's values as your criteria, you are sure to find a Cuesta Star. For your convenience, the values are listed below.  If you are recognizing someone who has done an exceptional job then their work should be able to fit into one of the values listed below.

Remember when nominating either an individual or a group, please include some of the key phrases used in Cuesta's value statements. A star performer is one whose quality of work is not only enhanced by their excellent day-to-day work but also one that upholds additional Cuesta Values when performing their duties. Identifying Cuesta's values in the stars that are nominated creates an awareness that our values are real and measurable.

Once submitted, Human Resources will forward your nomination to your Cuesta Star and include the nomination for consideration of the monthly award.

Already awarded Cuesta Stars for 2005-2006 are: The 2005 Commencement Committee, Nancy Marsh for her work getting the North County Allied Health Building ready for classes and Dennis Judd for his work on the Hearst Symposium Project.
