Important Dates for Planning and Budget

The following are important dates for the unit and cluster plans in 2004:

· January 27:

A shared governance workshop will be hosted by the Planning and Budget committee, and will include the Shared Governance Council. This workshop will be a question/answer session on the unit planning process for budget development for 2004/2005.

· February 27:

Units plans are due to the cluster managers.

· March 26:

Cluster plans are due to the respective Vice President or to the college President.
