Sean Devine , M.D.

Dr. Devine joined the Cuesta College Sportsmedicine team in 1990. He received his medical degree in 1983 from the University of California, Davis. His Sportsmedicine experience includes fellowships with Dr. Richard Steadman in South Lake Tahoe, Dr. Richard Hawkins in Ontario, Canada and Dr. James Andrews in Birmingham, Alabama.

Professional affiliations include The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery, American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, California Orthopedic Association, California Medical Association and the San Luis Obispo County Medical Society.

Dr. Devine also serves as the Team Physician for Cal Poly State University and Arroyo Grande High School and is a participating Team Physician for the U.S. Ski team.

In his spare time Dr. Devine enjoys boating, scuba diving, and horse back riding. He lives in Arroyo Grande with his wife Eve, and their children, Sarah and Jake.
