The Nursing and Allied Health Division has strong community support. We are very proud of the unique collaborative relationship we have with the local health care community. This support is seen with equipment reflective of the practice setting.

A state-of-the-art Nursing Skills Lab is available for students to learn and practice skills so they will be comfortable and competent in the clinical setting. In the clinical setting there are excellent student to teacher ratios.  Manikins, equipment, clinical scenarios, and staff give students simulated practice opportunities.

The Nursing Computer Lab has 23 computer stations for students to use computer assisted instruction (CAIs) programs to further enhance medication administration, documentation, critical thinking and other skills. Videos are also available in the lab for viewing of concepts and skills. The CAIs and videos provide additional resources for students.

Student  academic and financial support is available through Cuesta College Financial Aid.

   Cuesta College is located in beautiful San  Luis Obispo, California, minutes from the beach with excellent surf and a few hours from skiing.
