To open PDF files, you need Acrobat Reader software.
Go to Links for general internet resources pertaining to the class, such as publisher web sites, interactive java applets, etc. If the SMART Board was used in class, pdf copies of the lecture can be found at Lectures. The Homework page lists the assignment for each day of class. Any handouts from class, as well as some additional study materials, are found at the Handouts page. Copies of previous exams and answer keys to this semester's exams can be downloaded at Exams. Go to Quizzes for copies of quizzes and answer keys from this semester. The Study Guides page has information to help you prepare for each exam. |
A graphing calculator is required for all sections of this course. I strongly recommend you purchase the TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator, as this is the model I will be using in class. With this model, you will be able to follow my lectures and demonstrations exactly as presented. It will be YOUR responsibility to learn how to use any other model; I will not have time in class to address other models, nor am I necessarily familiar with other models. Calculators with computer algebra systems (CAS) will NOT be permitted in class on exams. This includes the TI-89, TI-92 and HP48GX among others. |
