NOTES

Monthly e-mail updates may be submitted between Noon Sunday and 10:00 p.m. Wednesday. The dates listed on the schedule indicate the LAST day on which you may submit your message in order to meet the deadline.

The section references, which correspond to the Larson/Hostetler; Precalculus Textbook Guide found in the tutorial, are listed according to a suggested pace. Sections listed in parentheses are optional. Your Math 42 class may proceed at a pace that is faster or slower than the pace shown on the schedule, or an order that is different from the suggested schedule. It is recommended that you follow the pace and order of your class in working through the tutorial. That is, when you cover a particular section of the text in class, you should work through the topics in the tutorial listed for that section in the textbook guide on the same day (or as near as possible).

DEADLINES

The orientation assignment must completed by the deadline of Noon Friday, September 5 in order to remain enrolled in the course. Students who have not submitted their online orientation e-mail by this deadline will be dropped!

At least three of the seven quizzes must be submitted by the mid-semester deadline of Noon Friday, October 24. Students who fail to meet this deadline will be dropped from the course due to non-participation. All seven online quizzes must be submitted by Noon Friday, December 12. No online quizzes will be accepted after this deadline!

The online Student Survey must be submitted between Friday, December 12 and Noon Wednesday, December 17. You MUST submit this survey in order to obtain credit for the course!
