My name is Maria and I am currently attending Cal Poly majoring in Graphic Communication.
I am 22, love to hike, run, go to the beach, hang out with friends and occasionally party.
Two guy friends (both 23, Engineering majors at Poly) and I are looking for a girl to take the last room in a 4 bedroom unit at Mustang II.
The unit is right off of Santa Rosa so it's away from all of the "noises" of Mustang.
We are clean, laid back and respectful. We enjoy the weekends but take school seriously.
Mustang is pet friendly and so are we! Dogs must be under 35 lbs though (Mustangs' rule) Rent is $699 with utilities included. Parking is $399 (I believe) for the year The unit has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and IS FURNISHED!!
Laundry is on-site and is only about a 30 second walk away.
The bus stop is also a short walk away...literally 10 seconds.
It's a 5-10 minute walk to Poly, the grocery store, Jamba Juice, Starbucks, Pita Pit and MORE!!
The lease starts in September but might be able to start sooner!
We're looking for someone down to earth, fun, clean, respectful and all that good stuff!
Need to fill the space ASAP!!
