Faculty

Beginning on July 1, 2006 the following fringe benefits will be available to faculty:

Full-Time Faculty                              $626.84  per month

Part-Time Faculty                             $313.42  for 50-74% assignment

                                                       $626.84  for 75-100% assignment

Beginning July 1, 2006: New part-time faculty who enroll in insurance will receive a fringe allocation; those who do not enroll will receive no fringe.  Please see the CCFT contract for more details.
 

District Fringe Allocation for Classified Employees, Administrators, Managers, Supervisors and Confidential Employees

Enrolled with Single Coverage            $529.92 per month

Enrolled with Employee + 1 Coverage $564.92 per month

Enrolled with Family Coverage           $654.92 per month

Fringe amounts shown above are for full time employees.  Employees working half time (50-74%) receive one half of the District's fringe contribution.

Classified employees hired after April 1, 2006 are subject to a "use it or lose it" rule.  If the cost of insurance is less than the fringe allocation the excess amount will revert to the District.
