Mission Statement

The Cuesta College Grants Program has five major purposes:

  • To research, cultivate and secure available grant monies through Federal, State and  Local Government agencies, national and regional private foundations and corporate  foundations and funds   
  • To inform Cuesta College administration, faculty and staff of grant funding opportunities
  • To write and submit successful grant applications to these agencies, foundations and funds
  • To track and oversee grants in progress and maintain a history of grant funding at the College
  • To provide training resources and support for College administrators, faculty and staff in 
    grants researching, grantwriting and project management
