Students may pay fees, clear incurred debts, purchase parking permits and RTA bus passes, obtain and file refund request forms, or handle other situations as they pertain to student accounts at the Cashier's Office located at either the San Luis Obispo or North County campuses (see hours & days listed above.)
Important Student Account Information Registration fees are due at the time of registration. Fees may be paid immediately by credit or debit card ONLINE or by cash, check or money order at the Cashier's Office at either the San Luis Obispo or North County campuses. A $2 convenience fee will be charged for each credit card payment transaction. Students may also mail checks or money orders to the San Luis Obispo campus Cashier's Office.
Cuesta does not send monthly billing statements. Unpaid fees will result in a hold placed on all student records. Students may make payments without a formal payment plan but holds will not be released until entire balance is paid. Students should print and retain a copy of their Class Schedule Receipt for important drop and refund information. There is a $25 service charge for checks returned for non-sufficient funds.
Student accounts with past
due balances are reported annually to the California Community
Colleges Chancellor's Office and the State Franchise Tax Board for
