be available December 2007.
Cuesta College

1. Minimum 2.50 cumulative grade point
average.
2. New
students: Complete the Cuesta College Admissions
application by March 2, 2008.
We recommend
that every student file the 2007/2008 Free Application for Federal
Student Aid (FAFSA) by
March 2, 2007. Although this is not REQUIRED for the scholarship
application, it increases your chance for further consideration of need
based scholarships.
3. Two letters of recommendation are required. Letters from
instructors, counselors, employers, and community members are preferred.
(Recommendation Forms are attached; however letters on relevant
letterhead are accepted
in addition to the attached
forms.)
4. New and transfer students
must enclose a copy of their academic transcripts from all other
colleges attended. High school students need to submit their transcripts
that include the Fall 2006 term. Please note that your official
transcripts are required by the Admissions & Records Office.
5. Scholarships are only
available to students who will be attending Cuesta College during the
Fall/Spring semester of the 2007/2008 academic year.
6. Students must be enrolled in a minimum of 6 units at
Cuesta College. Some donors may require more than six units so please be
as accurate as possible when projecting your unit enrollment on this
form.
Note to
Prospective Nursing Students:
Although you will not know of your admission status, you
must still meet the deadline for scholarship consideration.
