Grants and Scholarships Grants and scholarships are gift aid resources that do not need to be repaid. Eligibility for grants is usually based on need as demonstrated by the FAFSA; however, some grant eligibility also considers academics and/or degree program. Cuesta College's scholarship program recognizes student achievement in academics, leadership, and the visual and performing arts. Please review the below links and scholarship resources. | Governor's Scholarship Program | |||

Students who earned qualifying scores for a Governor's Scholars Award in the year(s) 2001, 2002, and 2003 and were notified by their schools or districts can claim awards now. If you believe you have won an award, but you have not received your notification letter, please contact your high school. For more information about the Governor's Scholarship Award, please visit www.scholarshare.org.
