Application Process
EOPS accepts applications any time,
however new applications are processed in the Spring and Fall
until the program has reached its limit, therefore, it would
be good to apply a semester ahead of time.
Before your application can be processed
you must:

Fill
out the BOGW form and turn in to Financial Aid Office. You
must have a BOGW-A or BOGW-B (if unsure, ask Financial
Aid)

Pick up an EOPS application, fill it out
in ink.

Request
transcripts from previous college(s) to be sent to Cuesta
College.
* If you are a first time college student, sign up for the
Math and
English assessment test (call 546-3951).

Registered in 12 units at Cuesta
College
* we will accept less than 12 units if you are a DSPS
student
* If you are a DSPS student, request a Verification of
Disability
(VOD) from the DSPS office.
We
must have all the documents listed below in order to process
your application!

Class schedule (meet with a counselor to plan your
classes)
V.O.D. (only need if you are a DSPS student)
After
your application is turned in ,along with all documents, our
office will contact you through phone and/or mail to notify
