Recommended Classes and Frequent Travel
Days
This information will help student-athletes select the appropriate PE courses for their sport and
assist them in building their class schedule around travel days.
Student Education Plan (SEP)
Have a Plan! Student/Athletes are required to have a two year educational plan completed and on file in the
counseling office to be eligible to participate in intercollegiate sports. Besides...it's the smart thing to do!
There are three ways to complete your SEP:
- First week of school walk-in counseling Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, 8:30 a.m. to
4:00 p.m.
- Counseling Appointment (preferred) Students may make individual appointments at the Counseling
Department or the Transfer Center for any date after the first week of school.
- Walk-in Counseling for athletes is available throughout the semester on Thursdays from 8:30 to 11:30am in the
Transfer Center.
Deadlines:
Fall Competition: September 30 (1st work day after)
Spring Priority Registration: November 1 (1st work day after)
Spring Competition: First Team Competition
