Fall 2012 Students:

This Welcome Letter Will Be Updated One Week Before the Semester with Moodle and Connect Plus Information!

Below will give you an idea, but the instructions will be updated for Fall 2012.

Special Announcements (Read very carefully):

·                    By enrolling, you are committing to 9 hours a week and that you can        keep up on assignments and respect the various formats given.

This class is only for the motivated and online-savvy student. You must be familiar with using software, such as always clicking in space away from your answers so that you “lock-in” answers. Not clicking to “lock-in” can cause a large loss of points as your answers may change. Remember no late assignments are accepted.

Remember-This class uses Cuesta Moodle.

Nutrition 230 has been a popular class for many semesters at Cuesta College. It meets a core requirement for the Fitness, Health, and Nutrition degree at Cuesta College, and draws any student interested in improving sports performance or fitness through better nutrition. Nutrition 230 is taught by Cherie Moore, M.S., full-time nutrition instructor at Cuesta College. The course will be offered as a hybrid course, which means that the class has regular class meetings as well as coursework that will be accomplished online or outside of class. Remember that public libraries offer free Internet access when personal computers are not available or working.
