JOB:

Job Title: NTR Director
Department: Sales
Division: KSWD

Position Objective: Responsible for development and sales of all internet revenue opportunities, sponsorships, and other broadcast NTR initiatives. This position will require the development of advertising sales strategies as well as working directly with advertising to assist them in achieving their goals. This individual will work with local sales, developing ideas and programs for major advertisers.

Position Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creating and maintaining excellent business/client relations.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with proven capability of independently organizing (utilize a time management system), performing work and assuring follow through.
- Ability to function well under pressure and willing to work irregular hours.
- High energy level and aggressive attitude toward sales.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Valid driver's license and proven ability to safely drive company vehicle or personal vehicle(as case may be) without exposing the company to serious liability risks.

The part-time video/audio editor assists with day-to-day operations of SF Ballet’s new media efforts including participating in the planning, storyboarding, filming, and editing of video and audio projects.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide support and contribute to the recording and editing of video and audio content.
* Participate in the process of film production process, including storyboarding, directing, filming, and editing of video and audio projects
* Assist with managing audio and video archive
* Performs other duties as required or assigned by supervisor.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:
* Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in film, film production, or equivalent.
* Proven experience with film/video production
* Knowledge of film production process for internet and broadcast television
* Experience with the legalities surrounding the use of published music and other copyrighted content
* Excellent ability to communicate, collaborate, organize, and multi-task

Professional/Technical Competencies:
* Effectively works with video and audio editing programs including Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, and other video/audio software.
* Develops and utilized special knowledge of film and video production.
* Applies creativity and innovation to work processes.
* Solves problems and resolves issues
* Demonstrates ability to work successfully in a team environment.
* Produces work products in a timely manner.
* Demonstrates sound project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Communicates effectively with all team members.
* Reviews and edits information to catch errors and omissions and to ensure excellent work products.
* Demonstrates diplomacy and tact in all interactions.
* Builds rapport and develops effective, collaborative relationships internally and externally.
* Maintains organized archives to meet department standards.

Physical Demands:
* Must be able to move and operate audio/visual equipment. Lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around obstacles and tight spaces.

Special Equipment Used:
* MAC hardware and software, Final Cut Pro, Soundtrack Pro, and other video/audio software
