BIO 26 - Understanding Rare Species in California 1.0 unit
2.0 hours lecture per week. Prerequisite: Eligibility for English 1A is recommended. Introduces the importance of rare species, studies reasons for rarity, and examines methods of preservation. Biological, economical and political influences on rare species are considered. Acceptable for credit, CSU.
