The Cuesta College New Student Orientation is designed to help you get off to a GREAT START.  You will learn about the requirements for the certificate, Associate Degree and transfer, as well as policies and procedures of the college. You can participate in a New Student Orientation by choosing one of the options below.

In-Person Group Orientation

Most scheduled in-person group orientation sessions are offered directly after the English and mathematics assessment sessions and are approximately two hours long.  Please refer to the current schedule of classes or the “What is the in-person group Orientation Schedule?” link below for orientation dates and times.

Online Orientation

Once an application for admission has been submitted and confirmation has been received, the online orientation is available by clicking Online Orientation logo below, entering WEBReg, or logging into PAWS (Personal Access to Web Services).

Students who are a part of special campus populations such as Athletics, Extended Opportunity Programs and Services, Disabled Students Programs and Services, Reentry, International, and English as a Second Language are urged to participate in orientations offered by these programs.
