IMPORTANT DEADLINES

SUMMER 2013 GRADES DUE: August 5, 2013 @ 5PM

Summer 2013 Term: June 17 - July 25, 2013

	June 13, 2013	Add Codes Available after 9:00am
	Temporary Roster	Download roster from Banner Self-Service channel in My Web Services, usually found on the Work Life tab in myCuesta. Click on roster link. RECOMMENDED to download on the day of your class to provide an accurate waitlist roster.
	Add Deadline without instructor permission Add Deadline with instructor permission	Prior to start of class, students may add into an open class through 11:59 p.m. the day prior to the first class meeting even if the class begins after the start of the semester. Summer and Short Courses - refer to roster for dates or class finder
	Drop Deadline without W	Due to Ed Code; the drop deadline was moved earlier and this will be enforced. Summer and Short Courses - refer to roster for dates or class finder
	Census Day	Full-term courses only - report "no show" drops via myCuesta on Faculty Tab at Faculty Drop Rosters. Summer and Short Courses - refer to roster for census date or class finder.
	Drop Deadline with W	Summer and Short Courses - refer to roster for dates or class finder
	Summer 2013 Final Grades & Positive Attendance	DEADLINE: August 5, 2013 @ 5:00pm Short Courses due within 5 working days of final. Positive Attendance submitted online within 5 working days of last class meeting.
