	Census Roster Due Mandatory Fall and Spring ONLY	Full Semester Census Rosters will be sent the 3rd week of the semester. Due September 9. Short Term Rosters will be sent on Census date of class. Due 5 working dates after receipt of roster. Positive Attendance Roster will be sent 4 days prior to start of class. Due within 4 working days of class ends.
	Drop Deadline without W (full-term courses only)	September 12, 2009 Short Courses, refer to roster for dates
	12th Week Cleanup Roster (full-term courses only) Fall and Spring ONLY	Important New Procedure - Print your own roster if you want to drop any students from your full term classes. See direction on the memo listed under 12th week cleanup. (left side column) If drops need to be process, roster is due November 2, 2009 to the Records Office.
