Application to receive Tutoring
How do I enroll in tutoring?
- Come in to the Tutorial Center.
- Complete an application form. You may fill out and print our accessible
PDF form, above, but it must still be turned in at the Tutorial Center
office.
- Students are encouraged to request tutoring on the first day of classes;
however, tutoring sessions begin the third week of the semester and end the last
week of class.
- You will be contacted with your tutoring schedule.
- Come in to Tutorial Center for your appointment and meet with your tutor.
