Dr. Hallowell is a graduate of Harvard College , Tulane Medical School , and a Harvard Residency Program in Adult and Child Psychiatry. He is the author of the national best sellers, Driven to Distraction, Worry, Delivered From Distraction and Connect in addition to many other publications. Hallowell has been featured on national televisions' 20/20, Dateline, The Today Show, Good Morning America, and Oprah. He lectures around the country while maintaining a private practice at the Hallowell Center. Dr. Hallowell has just released his latest book, CrazyBusy.

Scholarships applications are available for parents and students needing financial assistance to attend the 18th Annual Central Coast Learning Disabilities Conference. Please download the MS Word Scholarship Application or the Adobe PDF Scholarship Application. The MS Word application may be filled in and returned by e-mail. The Adobe PDF application may be filled out on a computer, but must be printed and sent in by mail.

Registration

Registration provided through Cuesta College Community Programs beginning August 8, 2006. The LD Conference course number is LDC101.306.

  • $65.00 until October 20
  • $85.00 after October 20

Scholarships are available.

Phone: Call 546-3132, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. after August 1. Please have the course number, LDC101.306, and your credit card information ready when you call.
Mail: Print the registration form and send completed form (or use the one in the community programs brochure) with a check or money order to Cuesta Community Programs, P.O. Box 8106, SLO, CA 93403-8106.
FAX: Print the registration form and FAX your completed form with Visa, MasterCard or Discover card information to 546-3968, 24 hours every day.
In Person: Walk in to register at the Community Programs Office, Building 8000, SLO Campus off Highway 1. Office hours, M-F, 8 am - 5 pm
