Student Educational Contract

A Student Educational Contract (SEC)

is a plan to address your specific needs as a student with a disability
specifies the support services and classes that are identified and agreed upon by both you and a DSPS Specialist as necessary to meet your specific educational needs
must be established upon initiation of DSPS services
shall be updated annually by you and a DSPS Specialist to review services and determine whether you have made progress toward your stated goals
