Committee Assignments

Planning and Budget

1. The chair of this committee shall be selected from the faculty at large and appointed by joint agreement by the presidents of the Academic Senate and CCFT.
2. The chair shall serve a two-year term.
3. One additional faculty representative shall be appointed by the Academic Senate President for a two-year term.

Curriculum Committee

1. Each division shall send one faculty member to serve on this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one-year terms.
3. The committee shall review, advise, and make recommendations concerning curriculum to the Academic Senate for approval.
4. The Academic Senate Vice-President will chair the Curriculum Committee.
5. The faculty appointed by the Academic Senate shall be the voting members of the Curriculum Committee.

Shared Governance Council

1. The Academic Senate President shall represent the Academic Senate on this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one year.

Enrollment Management

1. The Academic Senate President, in consultation with the CCFT, shall appoint one member to this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one year.

Equivalency

1. The Academic Senate President shall appoint five members to this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one year.

Institutional Tenure Committee

1. The Academic Senate President shall appoint from three to five tenured faculty to this committee.
2. The Academic Senate President, in consultation with the Cuesta College President/Superintendent, shall name the chair of this committee.

New Issues

1. The Academic Senate President shall serve on this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one year.

2. Members shall serve for one year.

Professional Standards

1. The Academic Senate President shall appoint three members to this committee.
2. Members shall serve for one year.

Sabbatical Leaves

1. The Academic Senate President shall appoint two members to this committee.
2. The Academic Senate President, in consultation with the CCFT, shall appoint one additional member of this committee.

Staff Development

1. The Academic Senate President shall appoint three members, in consultation with the Cuesta College President/Superintendent.
2. One additional member shall be appointed jointly by the Academic Senate President and CCFT.
