Colleagues!
Escape to the movies for some FLEX credit! Yes, our next series of Flex Flicks will focus on the films of Douglas Sirk, a German-born American melodramatist of the mid to late 50’s. Our first screening will be of his 1955 film “All That Heaven Allows” on Friday, Feb. 27th in room 7120 at 7 p.m. The other Sirk films are “Written on the Wind” (1956) on Mar. 27th, “Imitation of Life” (1959) on Apr. 24th, and a film to be determined by the group scheduled for May 8th. Each film and post-film discussion night warrants three FLEX hours, and you may bring an adult guest or two, if interested.
For more information, please consult the attached flyer. If interested, please drop on by room 7120 on the night of Feb. 27th, and if you have questions, please let us know. Otherwise, we’ll see you at the movies!
